We’ll dial in your energy needs, work on creating healthy habits, and I’ll help explain all of the changes + nuances happening with your performance and in your body during this time.

This is perfect for you if you already have a strong foundation built around properly fueling for your sport. You know what to do, but accountability, habit formation, and getting out of your own way are what you need help with in order to stay focused and on track to reach your goals.

All coaching packages include:

  • Initial start-up paperwork

  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) plus a re-assessment every 3 months

  • 30-minute zoom - review initial paperwork, NAQ results, recommended lab work, supplements, and foods to prioritize in your diet at this time, energy needs (calorie amounts and macros)

  • Weekly check-in form and video response review for as long as you are a coaching client

* Prices listed above are monthly payment options. Coaching starts out at a 3-month minimum with the option to change payment plans after the initial 3 months period. A one month’s notice is required for the cancellation of coaching.

How do I pay for coaching?

Once you choose your monthly coaching plan you will be sent a link to Paypal. From here, all you need to do is sign up once with your payment details and you’re done! Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted until you submit a request to cancel coaching services.

What if I want to continue working with my coach after the initial 3 months?

If you want to continue working with your coach after the initial 3 months you don’t need to do anything at all. Things will be business per usual until you submit a request to cancel coaching services.

How do I cancel coaching services?

I love seeing my clients gain the confidence and use the information they need to do things on their own, so, when it comes time to be on your merry way you must submit a cancellation request to: info@thegoodrepair.com, with one month’s notice of the date you wish to stop coaching services. For example: if you plan to continue coaching for 5 months as you are preparing for a big sporting event you would need to submit a request one month out from your fifth month or one month from the date on which you wish to stop with services. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in the extension of services until a month from the date you submitted your original request. As always, you can ask your coach for clarification if you have more questions.
